We dye, we pluck and we blame our kids. Yet, the advance of those pesky gray hairs continues despite our best attempts to minimize their appearance. What if we could slow the graying process by simply consuming more of one of our favorite crunchy treats? That’s exactly what the September 2011 issue of Prevention magazine reports. Apparently almonds are thought to prevent the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in hair follicles, the process responsible for turning hair gray. Now, if only we could establish a connection between eating potato chips and wrinkle prevention….
